Line 01 · Know-how and data

Your SOPs are worth something now.

AI companies are licensing how established firms get work done: the procedures, playbooks and project history behind repeatable work. Howfold is on your side of that deal. We sort what's licensable from what must never leave, compare the buyers, and push for terms that protect you.

Questions

Who licenses company know-how?
AI companies building models and agents for real work. Some run formal programs that pay established firms to license process and workflow material. We compare the buyers that fit your material. Each publishes its own terms, and nothing is certain until a license is signed.
Will our client data be shared?
No. Client records, communications and anything under an NDA stay out. The licensable part is how your team works, not who it works for. HF-1, the Never-Send List, sets out the full boundary.
Do we have to license everything we have?
No. You decide what's offered, to whom and on what terms, and you can stop at any point before signing.
What happens on the 20-minute call?
We go through what your company has documented and where it lives, flag anything that must stay, and tell you plainly whether there's something worth taking further.
